Addressing these challenges requires a thorough review and improvement of organizational policies for NGOs and government agencies. Strengthening collaboration, enhancing training programs, and refining intervention strategies can help bridge the divide between sectors and create a more effective response system. By uncovering this blind spot, we can work toward a transportation network that disrupts, rather than enables, human trafficking.
