After practicing a multitude of art forms throughout high school, Keeley began pursuing graphic design her freshman year at Arizona State. She is a multi-faceted graphic designer with particular interest in motion graphics and UX/UI. Much of this interest stems from her love for electronic music and the visuals used during such shows. She draws much of her design inspiration from the visual motifs found throughout the electronic music culture and scene. In her free time, you can find her at electronic shows and festivals with her friends. Keeley also enjoys sitting down to read a good book, crocheting, or watching a good horror movie.
The NASA Psyche Mission is comprised of 3 items: Psyche the mission, Psyche the asteroid, and Psyche the spacecraft. The Psyche mission aims to utilize a spacecraft to explore the asteroid, which is comprised of many of the same materials as earth. This metallic asteroid may have been formed similar to the way Earth was formed, garnering interest throughout the scientific community.
As the spacecraft Psyche embarks on its mission, “Happy Birthday Psyche” focuses on engaging and educating students and teachers about this groundbreaking endeavor. This Psyche Campaign engages diverse audiences by making complex scientific concepts accessible, engaging, and fun! In addition to explaining the Psyche mission in bite-sized pieces of information, “Happy Birthday Psyche” increases audience engagement and public outreach by offering an extensive group of collateral: birthday cards, wrapping paper, pencil toppers, and more! Many of these birthday-influenced items are accessible to all, as they are able to be printed online.
Though this campaign aims to reach students and teachers, all age groups can participate in these activities!
