Right-to-Work Wrong for Workers

Worker’s Rights

Twenty-six U.S. states have Right-to-Work laws that weaken unions by prohibiting mandatory dues while still requiring unions to represent all employees. This reduces union funding and bargaining power, shifting influence to businesses. Research shows workers in RTW states earn lower wages, have fewer benefits, and face less safe working conditions, limiting their bargaining power for fair labor standards.
