Whether that be face to face, packages in the mail or a high yield campaign becoming a creative director needs a multi-faceted skill set and am ready to give it everything. With hopes of contribution to the community could be in the form of mentoring and inspiring young teens and giving them resources to get out there and give it their all. Real life experiences good or bad need to be shared so it is known we can overcome the ups and downs and still stay on the path to success.
Navigating The Fourth Trimester
While navigating postpartum there is still a lack of universal mental health screening, particularly in low-resource settings. Many women do not receive adequate postpartum care, especially those from marginalized communities or those with limited access to healthcare. Moreover, stigma surrounding mental health still prevents many mothers from seeking help.
In response, healthcare systems are gradually expanding resources to integrate mental health care into routine postpartum checkups. However, there is a need for more holistic, culturally sensitive, and accessible services to ensure that all mothers receive the support they need during this critical period.
